Key Responsibilities :-

- Analyze and optimize business processes, sales funnels, marketing, and acquisition channels.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and business KPIs.
- Write complex SQL/PostgreSQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and provide actionable business insights to management.
- Monitor KPIs such as Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, Cost per Loan, and Customer Acquisition.
- Automate reporting/ETL processes using Python where required.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven business actions.

Requirements:-

- Graduate with a Mathematics/Technical/Quantitative background.
- 57 years of experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Power BI, Excel, databases/data warehouses, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Lending, or Financial Services.
- Payday Loan / Short-Term Lending experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of lending KPIs and customer acquisition/conversion metrics.
- Python/ETL experience will be an added advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills.
