- Manage garment export orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating prices, terms, and quality standards.
- Oversee sourcing activities, including vendor selection, sampling, and production planning.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in merchandising strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in textile & apparel industry with expertise in garment export, merchandising, sourcing, team management, and vendor management.
- Robust knowledge of costing principles and ability to analyze financial reports.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
