Role & responsibilities

- Manage and motivate the entire team responsible for debt collection.
- Coordinate with UBI CMCC officials to get the list of defaulters and form strategy to approach these defaulters and work on the same.
- Ensure that the overall performance of the entire team is as per the agreed terms with Bank CMCC seniors
- Ensure that the Collection team meet the performance targets as per the agreement between UBI and UBISL.
- Oversee the entire collections process from initial stages to final recovery, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to improve their performance and productivity.
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities, performance, and risks.




- Co-ordinating with bank team for allocation of cases.
- Reviewing the performances of the team and ensuring that the target is being achieved within TAT.

Job Specific Skills

- Robust understanding of collections process & has handled as delinquency buckets.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels & Senior Officials.
- DRA Certified - Mandatory

Education Qualification

- Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred.

Minimum Experience

3+ years ( Team Handling 1 years atleast)
