Key responsibilities
- Lead generation and prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Sales cycle management: Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Product presentations and demonstrations: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
- Client relationship management:



Build and maintain solid, trusted relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Market intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position our products and services.
- Reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and generate sales reports for management.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align on sales strategies, refine messaging, and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Attend events: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
