Imago and Getter, a fast-growing disinfectant and hygiene solutions company headquartered in Mumbai, are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs for mid to senior-level roles.
Prior experience hiring for multiple roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on job portals and LinkedIn
- Source and shortlist relevant profiles based on job descriptions
- Conduct the first round of interviews (telephonic/virtual)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders for subsequent rounds
- Maintain recruitment data and submit weekly status reports
