- Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees, helping them to meet performance goals
- Record Keeping & Reporting
- Update regular training records
- Ensure timely completion of all required reports and documentation
- Placement Coordination
- Collaborate with placement teams to ensure smooth transitions from training to employment

3. Qualification
- Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant training experience preferred

- Reporting to the Center Manager
