Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential/commercial strata properties
- Coordinate with committee members, owners, and service providers
- Arrange and attend strata committee meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items
- Oversee maintenance requests and contractor coordination
- Ensure compliance with relevant strata legislation and regulations
- Prepare budgets, review financial reports, and monitor levy collections
- Handle insurance claims and policy renewals
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
- Provide timely and professional responses to client queries

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Strata Management
- Strong understanding of strata laws and property management practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously




- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with strata management software (preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
