Job Brief: Purchase Executive (HVAC Manufacturing)

We are looking for a Store and Purchase Executive to manage procurement, inventory, and store operations in an HVAC manufacturing environment. This role ensures uninterrupted material flow to production with optimal cost, quality, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Source and procure HVAC raw materials, components, and consumables
- Develop and manage vendor relationships (quality, cost, delivery)
- Handle PR/PO processing, negotiations, and vendor follow-ups
- Maintain daily stock reports and inward/outward material records
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct weekly stock verification
- Ensure proper store management (FIFO/LIFO)
- Oversee goods receipt, inspection, and issue to production
- Conduct stock audits and coordinate with PPC & QC

Qualification & Experience
- BE / Diploma in Mechanical
- 1-3 years of experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
