Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development:
Create detailed and innovative designs for furniture and fireplace products, using sheet metal and pipe metal fabrication techniques. Focus on both aesthetics and functionality while maintaining the design integrity.
- Technical Expertise:
Utilize advanced knowledge of sheet metal and pipe metal fabrication processes (e.g., cutting, bending, welding, assembly) to develop practical, cost-effective designs.
- Prototyping & Testing:
Collaborate with the production team to build prototypes, conduct product testing, and iterate designs based on results. Ensure products are manufacturable within design specifications.
- Material Selection & Sourcing:




Choose appropriate materials, particularly metal sheets and pipes, ensuring durability, quality, and visual appeal. Work with suppliers to source and order materials.
- Collaborative Design:
Work closely with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet customer needs, industry standards, and production capabilities.
- Product Improvements:
Continuously assess current product designs for opportunities to improve functionality, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Implement innovative features based on market trends and customer feedback.
- Documentation & Technical Drawings:
Produce accurate technical drawings, CAD models, and other required documentation to communicate design specifications to manufacturing teams.
- Client Consultation (if required):
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored design solutions. Present and explain design concep
