Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging branding assets including logos, banners, brochures, flyers, and corporate collaterals.
- Develop creatives for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) aligned with current trends.
- Work on UI visuals for websites and landing pages in coordination with developers and marketing teams.
- Create basic motion graphics, reels, and short videos for digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all design outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and product teams to understand design requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with latest design tools, trends, AI-based design solutions, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).




- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (for motion graphics & videos).
- Experience with Figma / Adobe XD for UI and digital design.
- Familiarity with Canva Pro and template-based designs.
- Understanding of AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E) is a plus.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in US-based clients or international projects.
- Knowledge of video editing, animations, and GIF creation.
- Experience working with branding guidelines and marketing campaigns.
- Portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and motion design work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
