Qualification: Diploma / Certification in OT Technology
Experience: Freshers or 0-3 years of experience

Job Summary

The OT Technician is responsible for assisting surgeons and medical staff during ophthalmic surgeries, maintaining OT sterility standards, preparing surgical instruments, and ensuring smooth functioning of operation theatre procedures. Freshers with relevant qualifications and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Operation Theatre prior to surgeries as per sterilization protocols.
- Arrange and check surgical instruments, consumables, and equipment.
- Assist surgeons during ophthalmic procedures such as Cataract, Retina, and Glaucoma surgeries.
- Maintain strict aseptic and infection control practices inside OT.
- Handle sterilization of instruments using autoclave and other sterilization methods.
- Assist in patient preparation before and after surgery.




- Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of OT equipment.
- Maintain OT records, surgical checklists, and documentation.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and doctors for smooth surgical workflow.
- Follow hospital safety and quality standards.

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Operation Theatre procedures.
