Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and fluent English-speaking Telecaller Executive who can confidently handle customer communication and coordinate with high-value clients. This role requires professional communication skills and prior telecalling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Communicate confidently in English with clients
- Share product details and guide customers properly
- Maintain lead records in CRM / Excel
- Schedule showroom appointments
- Follow up regularly with potential clients
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handling
- Provide professional and polite customer support
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling / customer support experience
- Fluent English speaking skills (mandatory)
- Strong communication and convincing ability
- Professional and confident personality
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp handling)
- Responsible and target-oriented attitude
