Key Responsibilities: - Operate paper bag making machines efficiently - Set machine parameters as per size, GSM, and design - Monitor quality and minimize wastage - Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning - Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues - Maintain daily production records - Follow safety and factory guidelines Requirements: - Minimum 10th pass / ITI preferred - 1-3 years experience as machine operator (preferred) - Basic mechanical knowledge - Willing to work in shifts Experience with V-bottom, Square bottom, or handle machines is an added advantage.
