Job Purpose:
The company is looking for (Executive for KYC)
1) In-depth knowledge of stock market, broking.
2) Interpretation skill to interpret various circulars issued by SEBI & Exchanges and other authorities.
3) Proper Documentation skill
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Post Graduate and above.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in broking industries.
- Location: Rajkot
Responsibilities:
- Modification of client requests for Various Segments / Exchanges / Depositories / Repositories.
- Account Opening (All Segments/Exchanges/DP/Repositories/NPS/KYC etc.)
- All received request must be audited with the required documents before being entered in system with required stamps and signatures by BRs / APs.
- All received request Signature must be checked before process.
- All requests must be provided in required format by client / AP/SB.
- Guide & follow up the Branches / APs for hold / pending request issues.
- Guide & follow up the Branches / APs for Rejection request issues.
- Return of rejected request in time for resolution of the same along with the reason of rejections.
- Proper log maintenance as per regulations.
Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal with exchanges / APs / SBs.
- Problem Solving or Analysis skill.
- Should be Accurate for documentation and responsible.
