Job Title: Patient Care Executive

Qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate (12th Pass)
Experience: Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in hospital/customer service preferred

Job Summary

The Patient Care Executive is responsible for providing assistance and support to patients throughout their hospital visit, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and patient-friendly experience. The role involves guiding patients, coordinating with departments, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Guide patients through registration, consultation, diagnostic, and billing processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and front office teams for patient movement.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, procedures, and appointments.
- Assist elderly and special-needs patients during their visit.
- Maintain patient flow and reduce waiting time through proper coordination.




- Ensure patient queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Support front office operations when required.
- Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and service guidelines.

Required Skills:
- Polite and patient-friendly attitude.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism.
- Teamwork and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of hospital workplace (preferred).

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification:Intermediate (12th Pass).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior hospital or customer service experience is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
