Key Responsibilities
1. Landing Page Design
Create visually engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-focused layouts
Ensure mobile-first and responsive design principles
Collaborate with marketing and development teams to implement designs
2. Calendar & Campaign Planning
Plan and design a 3-month creative calendar in advance
Develop campaign-wise visual themes and creative directions
Ensure timely delivery of creatives as per the content schedule
Maintain brand consistency across all campaigns
3. Brand Development
Contribute to building and evolving a new brand identity
Develop visual guidelines including typography, colour palettes, and design systems.
4. Quality & Performance Focus
Design creatives optimized for engagement and conversions
Work closely with performance marketing teams to improve CTR and ROI
Revise and iterate designs based on data and feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in graphic design
Robust portfolio showcasing landing page and brand-building projects
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), etc.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet daily targets
Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills
Strong communication and time-management abilities
