Post:Officer-Documentation & QA (API/chemical plant)
- Job Description(Role & Responsibilities):
(A) Planning and coordinating daily activities and managing to documentation.

(B) Weekly and Monthly Production planning and preparing daily and all monthly production reports to fulfill the monthly targets.

(C) Preparation & review of all Production, Plant Sop,s and Formats.

(D) To prepare equipment qualification and process validation protocol and reports as per requirement.

(E) Documentation of change control, deviations, discrepancies and investigations if any.

(F) To prepare documents of Method of validation, method of analysis, SOP and others documents of QC as per requirement.

(G) Preparation of imparting on the job and class room training to all subordinates, operators, Helpers and Housekeeping personnel on GMP issues, Sop’s, personnel hygiene, validation & Environmental controls.

(H) Collaborate with the other department to address any quality issues.
- 1-3 years of experience in documentation & QA (API/chemical plant).
- Good skills in working with MS Word,



MS Excel & PowerPoint slides for presentation.
- A diploma in science and a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in chemistry are required.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of SOP, BMR, ECR, validation protocol, Qualification protocol, MOA, etc. in the field of API/chemical plant.

- Regular & accurate Analysis & documentation as per requirements.
- Individual & Team Performance.
- Reports toPlant Manager/ QC head.
- Job Location: Ozone Industrial Park, Bhayla, Bavla, Ahmedabad District.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
