Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce & Inventory Executive who can handle day-to-day marketplace operations and stock coordination.
This is an execution-level role where the person will manage product listings, inventory updates, and coordinate between store, production, and online platforms like Amazon and Myntra.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Coordination
- Track fabric stock, WIP (production stage), and ready stock.
- Coordinate with store and production team for stock updates.
- Maintain proper SKU-wise stock records in Excel.
- Inform team when stock is low.
2. Marketplace Handling
- Upload and update product listings on Amazon, Myntra, etc.
- Ensure products are in stock online as per available inventory.
- Update prices, descriptions, images (as guided by team).
- Monitor daily orders and coordinate dispatch.
3. Excel & Reporting
- Maintain stock sheet in Excel.
- Use basic formulas (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering).
- Share daily/weekly stock & sales reports.
- Match marketplace orders with physical stock.
4. Reorder & Planning Support
- Check rapid-moving items.
- Inform management about reorder requirements.
- Support basic sales-based stock planning.
