As a Dental Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth clinical workflow, maintaining sterilization standards, and supporting doctors during procedures with efficiency and focus.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors chairside during procedures (orthodontics, surgery, restorative, etc.)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments according to protocol
- Maintain strict infection control and hygiene standards
- Set up and dismantle operatories efficiently
- Manage clinical inventory and material stock
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant or relevant clinical training
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred (freshers with strong learning attitude may apply)
- Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control
- Basic understanding of dental instruments and materials
- Ability to work in a quick-paced clinical setting
