A Cafe Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a café environment. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, handling customer orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and take food and beverage orders politely
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, juices, and other café items
- Operate coffee machines and basic kitchen equipment
- Handle cash, digital payments, and billing accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, and work areas
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and display items
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist customers with menu recommendations
- Support team members during busy hours

Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer service skills




- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation or café operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for billing and payments
- Time management and multitasking ability

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior café, restaurant, or hospitality experience is an advantage

Salary (Typical in India)
- ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and location)
