We are looking for a Jewellery Factory Operations Executive with knowledge or experience in demi jewellery to manage daily production activities, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth operations with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily factory operations and production workflow
- Monitor manufacturing processes for demi jewellery (plating, stone setting, finishing, polishing)
- Ensure product quality and timely completion of orders
- Maintain production records and track order status
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and production teams
- Check raw material availability and manage inventory
- Identify and resolve operational issues on the shop floor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in the production area





Requirements:
- Experience or knowledge in demi/fashion jewellery manufacturing
- Understanding of jewellery production processes and quality checks
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of inventory or production tracking systems

Working Conditions:
- Factory workplace with coordination across teams
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

Pay: ₹11,441.55 - ₹30,096.32 per month
