Key Responsibilities1️ Inventory Management
- Maintain stock of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO system is followed
- Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requisitions

Barcode & Traceability
- Scan and record batch/lot numbers of IOL materials
- Ensure proper labeling as per UDI requirements
- Maintain traceability records for audits and recalls

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain inward/outward registers
- Update Stock in Excel sheet in Manual
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and regulatory guidelines
- Support internal and external audits

Coordination
- Coordinate with Production for material issuance
- Work with QA for rejected / hold materials
- Coordinate with Dispatch for shipment verification





Stock Verification
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits
- Identify and report discrepancies

Required Qualifications
- Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / Any discipline preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing stores
- Experience in medical device/pharma industry preferred
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,567.26 - ₹20,000.00 per month
