We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to manage client communication, project timelines, and internal coordination for architectural 3D visualization projects. This role ensures smooth project execution so the production team can focus on creating high-quality renders.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for project communication after onboarding
- Collect drawings, references, and project inputs from clients
- Clarify missing information proactively
- Prepare transparent project briefs for the internal team
- Plan timelines, milestones, and track progress
- Coordinate between clients, Team Lead, and artists
- Follow up to ensure deadlines are met
- Manage deliveries, feedback, and revision cycles
- Maintain organized project documentation and files

Experience & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering preferred
- OR graduate with relevant project coordination experience
- 2-4 years of experience in architecture, design, construction, or related field




- Fresh architecture graduates with strong communication skills may be considered

Skills Required:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read architectural drawings and understand design terminology
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- Basic knowledge of CAD / SketchUp

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
