Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily paint production operations
- Manage machine operators, mixers, and plant workers
- Ensure batch production as per formulation and production schedule
- Monitor product quality, viscosity, shade matching, and consistency
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance departments
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain production records and reports
- Control raw material usage and minimize wastage
- Train new operators and staff
- Handle shift planning and manpower allocation
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering preferred
- 3-7 years experience in paint, coatings, or chemical manufacturing
- Robust knowledge of paint production processes
- Leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of safety standards and PPE compliance
- Basic computer knowledge
