Key Responsibilities - Telecalling
- Make outbound calls to current and existing enquiry leads.
- Handle inbound calls from students and parents.
- Provide information about courses (11th-12th Science, JEE, NEET, CET, etc.).
- Follow up with interested students and parents for admissions.
- Schedule counselling appointments and coordinate with counsellors.
- Call parents for pending fee reminders and confirmations.

Variable Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily student attendance (batch-wise / class-wise) in ERP or registers.
- Track and record faculty attendance and lecture completion.
- Follow up on student absenteeism and inform parents as per institute policy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
- Maintain student admission files, enquiry records, and official registers.
- Update student data, test schedules, marks, and remarks in ERP / Excel.
- Coordinate with faculty regarding timetables, lecture changes, and classrooms.
- Communicate notices, circulars, timetable changes, and exam schedules.
- Assist in fee follow-ups, maintain payment records,



and report pending fees.
- Manage issue and collection of study material and test papers.
- Assist in conducting tests, mock exams, seminars, and academic events.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the branch.
- Perform administrative duties assigned by Admin Head / Management.

Role Clarification

Telecalling remains the primary responsibility. Administrative work, including attendance management, will be assigned based on daily operational requirements if you don’t have the tele calling work.

Required Skills:
- Good verbal communication skills
- Professional calling etiquette
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets / ERP)
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibility
- Discipline, punctuality, and reliability

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
