Role Overview





This is a high-ownership Operations Executive role for professionals with 1-5 years of solid on-ground experience in ATL/BTL campaigns, branding executions, and activations. The role demands individuals who can lead execution independently, handle vendors and field teams confidently, and deliver results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of ATL/BTL campaigns, branding installations, events, and activations with clear ownership.
- Lead on-ground operations including logistics planning, manpower deployment, and vendor coordination.
- Act as the operational bridge between internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Enforce brand guidelines, timelines, and execution quality across all assigned locations.
- Conduct regular on-ground checks and audits to ensure execution accuracy and compliance.
