Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to generate interest, convert leads into sales, and schedule appointments.
- Customer Interaction: Explain product/service details, build rapport, address concerns, and provide solutions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and follow up on leads.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of company offerings to answer questions effectively.
