Industry Preference:
Manufacturing / Retail, especially Pharmaceuticals
Experience & Qualification:
CMA (Qualified or Semi-Qualified)
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
- Monitoring material consumption, WIP, and finished goods
- Product costing and cost variance analysis
- Supporting month-end closing related to inventory and costing
- Maintaining inventory records and ensuring accuracy
- Coordination with production, stores, and finance teams
- Assisting in staff-level accounting activities related to inventory
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
Skills Required:
- Solid knowledge of inventory management and costing
- Experience in manufacturing or retail environment (Pharma preferred)
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and Excel
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
