Who we’re looking for
- 0 to 1 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or scripting knowledge in any other programming language.
- Undertake any other duties that may be considered appropriate for the Jira administrator role.
- Excellent Communication Skills. Proficient in English, writing & verbal.
- Flexible to adapt quickly to short and different projects.
- Devise and manage detailed project plans
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of Agile principles and project management methodologies
- Create JIRA projects, queries, dashboards and reports as required
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Jira
- Stay up-to-date with new Jira releases and features, and evaluate their potential impact on our operations
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
