A physical (on-ground) marketing executive in a company drives field campaigns, corporate networking, tech events, and offline brand promotions to generate leads and build partnerships.

Job Overview
- Role: Physical Marketing Executive / Field Marketing Executive

- Location: Field-based / In office with regular travel to client locations, tech parks, and business events.

Key Responsibilities
- On-Ground Campaigns: Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, product demos, and roadshows at tech hubs, business parks, and corporate offices.
- Event Management: Represent the company at Educational conferences, trade expos, seminars, and networking meetups.
- Lead Generation: Build face-to-face connections with prospective clients, local business owners, and Educatonal decision-makers to collect qualified leads.
- Collateral Distribution: Distribute printed marketing materials, brochures, and corporate swag at designated physical venues.
- Partner Networking:



Form strategic alliances with local tech communities, co-working spaces, and institutional partners.
- Market Research: Gather direct feedback from prospective clients on-site and monitor local competitor activities.
- Reporting: Share daily or weekly field visit logs, lead sheets, and conversion metrics with the sales and marketing management.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 3 years of proven field of Educational sector, on-ground promotions, or marketing executive experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent face-to-face communication, public speaking, and negotiation abilities.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally or pan-regionally for client visits and outdoor events.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to engage clients and event attendees.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic familiarity with CR
