- Prospecting/generating on-job training & placement opportunities for trained freshers
- Capability of generating placement in the assigned area, rest of Bengal and pan India
- Establishing client relationship with recruiters with necessary MOU and contracts
- Placement record maintenance with necessary reporting
- Having knowledge & experience in skill development programs preferred

Required Experience and Qualifications
