Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the counter
- Show lehengas, suits, sarees & ethnic wear to customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
- Handle billing, tagging, and basic counter work
- Maintain cleanliness and display of the counter
- Coordinate with tailor/designer for fittings if required
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat visits
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass:
- Experience in retail / garment / lehenga showroom preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English a plus)
- Pleasant personality and sales attitude
