Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruiter cum Inside Sales Executive.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pitch services to individual customers via calls, digital platforms etc.
- Convert daily leads into successful closures
- Follow up aggressively with potential customers to ensure maximum conversion
- Handle objections and rejections confidently
- Record customer information and sales data accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be Self-motivated and proactive.

Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Work from Office)

Working days: Mon - Sat (3rd Saturdays off)

Experience:6 months to 3 years

Salary:25K to 35K per month + incentives

Location: Mohan Estate, Delhi, 110044.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
