Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from the office.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Present products/services to customers and explain features and benefits
- Prepare quotations & proposals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
