A Holiday Executive curates, books, and manages tailored travel itineraries, flights, and accommodation for clients while providing expert destination advice and customer support. They are responsible for driving sales, coordinating with vendors for competitive rates, and resolving travel issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Package Creation & Sales: Design custom domestic/international travel itineraries and convert inquiries into sales.
- Booking Operations: Handle hotel bookings, flight ticketing, and land transfers.
- Customer Support: Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate with hotels and travel suppliers to ensure competitive rates and quality service.
- Documentation: Process travel documents, invoices, and payments securely.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0-5+ years in travel operations or sales (international experience often preferred).
- Skills: Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre) and MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of travel trends and major tourist destinations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Sales conversion rate and revenue targets.
- Accuracy of bookings and itinerary documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.76 - ₹40,397.77 per month
