Should be able to come to work on a daily basis (Vidyavihar)
Responsibilities:
- Planning activities for employees
- Manage the IT and non IT Recruitment
- Posting & publishing job descriptions on our network and different portals
Roles and Responsibilities:
- We need a person who can work on full-time basis for our organization
- Manage the IT Recruitment and selection process
- Taking/organizing sessions for our employees
- Planning activities for employees
- Motivating employees on a regular basis
- Good at communication
- Should be creative
- Immediate joiner or within 1 week
- Good grasping skills and a quick learner
- Travel to office on a daily basis for the first 2 months at least, then maybe 1 or 2 a week once gets settled with the roles and responsibilities
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
