- Tender Sourcing & Monitoring: Identifying and searching for recent tender opportunities on various portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state-specific portals, and newspapers).
- Documentation & Preparation: Preparing, reviewing, and compiling tender documents, including technical submissions, Pre-Qualification (PQ) documents, and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents.
- Submission & Compliance:



Ensuring timely submission of tenders, both online (e-tenders) and offline, while adhering strictly to statutory norms and client specifications.
- Coordination: Liaising with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to gather necessary documents and information.
- Costing Assistance: Supporting the preparation of cost sheets and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to determine competitive pricing.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining a tender tracker/MIS report to track the status of bids, results, and follow-ups.
- Post-Bid Activities: Handling pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and post-bid follow-ups with clients.
