Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the branch collection team and daily collection activities.
- Ensure timely collection of chit installments and outstanding payments.
- Allocate collection targets and monitor team performance.
- Handle overdue accounts and follow up with customers for pending payments.
- Conduct field visits and support the team in difficult collections.
- Maintain daily collection reports and ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor collection efficiency and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and HO regarding collection performance.
- Ensure compliance with company collection policies and procedures.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve collection-related issues.
Skills Required:
- Robust team management and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling ability.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of collection processes and basic documentation.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
