Job Description - IT Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Role Objective

To manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, ERP system coordination, and digital tools, ensuring smooth operations across factory and office functions with a solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Vendor Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for the company’s ERP software vendor.
- Coordinate for system upgrades, issue resolution, user access, and enhancements.
- Understand business requirements and work with the vendor to provide effective solutions.

IT Infrastructure & User Support
- Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, biometric devices, and networking systems.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to factory and office users.
- Ensure smooth functioning of internet, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Asset Management
- Maintain an updated IT asset register.
- Track and control allocation of IT assets (system-wise mapping: computer number,



user name, department).
- Ensure accountability and proper handover during joining, transfer, and exit.

Data Security & Systems
- Manage data backups and basic cybersecurity measures (antivirus, access control).
- Ensure confidentiality of HR, payroll, ERP, and compliance-related data.

Digital & Online Support
- Have working knowledge of Google Ads and assist in basic digital promotions or coordination with marketing agencies.

Audit & Compliance Support
- Provide IT-related documents and system support during audits (SEDEX, ISO, statutory).
- Ensure IT systems align with audit and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory workplace.
- Prior experience handling ERP systems and vendor coordination is mandatory.
