Key Responsibilities
- Design Development - Create innovative concepts, layouts, and 3D visuals tailored to client requirements
- Project Coordination - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Client Interaction - Interpret client needs, preferences, and budgets to deliver customized solutions
- Technical Expertise - Draft detailed technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs in compliance with standards
- Site Supervision - Oversee on-site implementation, resolve issues, and ensure quality execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Revit
- Robust visualization, communication, and project management skills
Pay: ₹28,600.00 - ₹32,700.00 per month
