We are currently hiring an Account Executive - Australian Accounting to support our Australian client portfolio with end-to-end accounting and compliance activities.

Role Overview

The Account Executive - Australian Accounting will be responsible for handling Australian bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, and compliance independently. The role requires hands-on experience with Australian accounting standards, BAS, GST, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Australian accounting and bookkeeping for assigned clients
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements:
- Handle BAS preparation, GST returns, and statutory compliance:
- Support Australian tax returns and related documentation




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery:
- Communicate with Australian clients for accounting-related queries
- Assist in audits, reviews, and financial reporting:
- Stay updated on Australian accounting standards and taxation laws

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Australian accounting:
- Practical knowledge of Australian GST, BAS, and compliance requirements:
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, and/or QuickBooks:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
