Sourcing and Supplier Management:Identify potential suppliers and conduct market research to assess their capabilities and offerings
- Build and maintain a database of reliable suppliers and vendors
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and pricing, and take appropriate actions to improve or replace underperforming vendors
- Purchase Order Processing:Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and create purchase requisitions accordingly
- Issue purchase orders to approved suppliers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Monitor and track the status of orders to ensure timely delivery
