Job Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled Production Supervisor to manage our aluminium manufacturing operations. You will oversee daily shift activities—including melting, casting, and extrusion—ensuring production targets are met while upholding rigorous safety and metallurgical standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily production workflows in areas such as melting furnaces, casting units, or extrusion lines to meet shift targets.
- Process Control: Monitor critical parameters including alloy composition, pouring temperatures, and extrusion speeds to ensure product integrity.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce specialized safety protocols for handling molten metal, managing hazardous aluminium dust, and preventing moisture-related explosions.
- Quality Management: Conduct regular inspections to minimize rejections and ensure all components meet engineering blueprints and customer specifications.
- Maintenance Coordination:



Collaborate with engineering teams to schedule preventive maintenance on heavy machinery.
- Team Supervision: Allocate manpower effectively across shifts, conduct performance evaluations, and provide hands-on technical training to operators.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate MIS reports.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical.
- Experience: 3-5 years in the aluminium industry (e.g., foundry, extrusion, or fabrication), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards, and OSHA safety regulations specifically for metalworking.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work in high-temperature environments and stay on your feet for extended shifts.
