Principal:
- Lead and manage the day to operations of the allotted center.
- Be responsible for growing and achieving student enrollments as per set targets for each center and grow the centers profitably.
- Ensure maximum student enrollments at the center.
- Implements Vision of LeapStep.
- Ensures implementation of policies and procedures as framed by LeapStepTo Recruit and Train teachers.
- Assist the Territory Manager in managing the operations.
- Ensure implementation of the syllabus as per guidelines in the planner.
- To be trained in all school and teaching methods.
- Observe classroom teaching and provide feedback and guidance to teachers.
- Respond to queries from parents regarding the curriculum and school discipline.
- Be responsible for the day to operations and functions related to the operations like HR, Admin, Accounts, IT etc.
- Submit Report of the school’s performance and potential for improvement.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
