About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for café, restaurant and F&B; positions.
- Source and hire Baristas, Senior Baristas, Café Supervisors and other operational staff.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Conduct and coordinate employee inductions.
- Maintain employee records, trackers and HR documentation.
- Regularly visit company outlets to understand employee concerns and HR requirements.
- Handle employee relations and grievance management.
- Coordinate with Outlet Managers and department heads on staffing and HR matters.
- Support attendance, leave and other day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure HR policies and processes are followed across outlets.
- Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in cafés, restaurants, hospitality or F&B.;
- Hands-on experience in Barista/café staff recruitment is preferred/required.
- Valuable understanding of F&B; hiring and café operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and basic HR operations.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple outlets.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.:
- People-oriented and problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel/visit outlets across Bangalore.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
