About the Role
Seeking an experienced professional to manage and grow Unolo’s B2B SaaS channel partner ecosystem, driving customer acquisition, renewals, and revenue growth through partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and renewals through channel partners
- Own monthly & quarterly revenue targets:
- Identify, onboard, and enable channel partners across India
- Build and nurture long-term, high-trust partner relationships
- Track renewal %,
revenue retention & partner performance metrics:
- Use data insights to reduce churn and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities:
- Improve partner productivity through scalable processes
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle via partner-led sales
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in B2B SaaS channel partnerships / sales / business development:
- Proven success in customer acquisition & renewals:
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles & channel models:
- Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data & performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder & relationship management skills
- Consistent track record of achieving revenue and retention targets
