About The Role
Your mission will be to make SplashLearn the most loved learning game for children, the most practical tool for teachers’ classrooms, and the most trusted learning program for parents.
As a UX researcher,
you will be responsible for adding value to our users by understanding how they think, see, feel, and do. You will be responsible for communicating and translating such needs into action items that designers and product managers can work upon. In your role, you will be collaborating with various stakeholders, founders, product managers, designers, and other UX researchers to understand what user & business problems need to be solved and figure out ways to achieve the user & business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, psychology, or equivalent practical experience in user research is preferred
- Experience with design and user research via different research methods (but not limited to) usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys.
- Good facilitation skills to train and create systems to enable partner teams (product management and design) to conduct research with mínimal support.
