Key Responsibilities:
The Client Servicing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on client servicing, digital campaigns, social media, and account management. The Client Servicing Executive will manage day-to-day client communication, understand client requirements, coordinate with creative and digital teams, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.

Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in digital advertising, client servicing, or account management, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong hands-on experience in digital campaigns, social media, content, and client management.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and day-to-day account requirements.




- Experience coordinating with creative, digital, content, and production teams.
- Solid communication, presentation, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively.
- Basic understanding of digital campaign performance, reporting, and key metrics.
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for additional work and contribute to account growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to mainstream/ATL/BTL advertising will be an added advantage.
