Job Title: Regional Sales Executive - Cold Chain Division (South India)

Location: Bangalore / Coimbatore (with travel across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu C Kerala)

Reporting To: Sales Head

We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Executiveto drive business growth for our Reefer Logistics Division across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. This is an individual contributor rolewith responsibility for both recent client acquisition and retention, ensuring revenue targets are consistently met while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across

industries including FMCG, seafood, dairy, quick commerce, pharma, and other cold-chain categories.
- Sales Growth: Drive revenue through both spot market opportunitiesand long-term contractual agreements.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high retention rates and repeat business.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customers,



resolving service-related issues in coordination with the operations team.
- Reporting s Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on sales pipeline, revenue performance, and market trends.
- Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and regional trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Travel: Visit clients across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala as required for business meetings and relationship management.

Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience in logistics sales; reefer/cold-chain experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and customer requirements in South India.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
