Job Title: Telecaller
Department: Sales / Customer Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records and call reports.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Experience in telecalling or sales will be preferred.
Pay: ₹8,712.21 - ₹15,000.00 per month
